1 John 2:15 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.
Praise God. There is no how you can be of God and still be worldly. There is no compromise in the words of the Lord, if His words says do not steal there is not excuse for you to steal. If He says do not commit adultery and fornication you have no excuse to commit them.
If you love God then do not love the world. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.
