Prayer

Colossians 4:2 Be persistent and devoted to prayer, being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving.

Praise God. I have this question for you this morning.

How is your prayer life?.

The word of God is asking you today to be

1) Persistence in prayers: To continue firmly in prayer, even when it seems there is no result. *Keep praying* .

2) Be devoted. Make out time to pray. It is not something done in a rush. If you want to communicate with your father you calm down to talk to him. Then imagine a communication with your heavenly Father.

3) Be focused. When praying, do not be distracted, be focused so you can hear when the Lord speaks and be connected.

4) Have an attitude of thanksgiving: Be thankful, remember all the blessings and name them. Thank God for all He has done for you.

Thank Him for what He is yet to do.

Prayer is a necessity.
