Praise God. Brethren we are all living in the last days and as long as it last, let us watch and pray for the evil man is now appearing in a godly form.
Today's verse “2 Timothy 3:5 They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!.
Beloved the scripture did not tell you to hate them, nor condemn them or sit and compromise your faith with them, it’s says “Turn away from such.
You might ask why? are we not Christians and is our duty not to help the unbelievers to believe, and convert them?.
Please let us correct that impression, I have heard many people say that.
Our duty is to help the unsaved by preaching the true gospel and living a genuine Christlike (attitude), then they will see, but that might not convert them because conversion is of the Holy Spirit not human.
Back to our verse the scripture here is talking about the believers that know the truth but because of firm, money and luxuries things of the earth they will trade their faith and believe, Pride will be the order of the day (2 Timothy 3:1-4), looking at them, they have the form of godliness, still greetings (shalom, God bless you),coming to church, singing in choir, speaks in tongues, prophecy, cleans the sit/church etc all these are form of godliness right, but they deny the power thereof, (reject the power that could make them godly). Stay away from people like.
Intercede for them in your upper room.
Beloved beware and be watchful these people are around you.
