Jeremiah 17:11 Like a partridge that hatches eggs it did not lay are those who gain riches by unjust means. When their lives are half gone, their riches will desert them, and in the end they will prove to be fools.
Praise God. Yes we know no one hates riches. But is it all means of getting riches are to be taken?.
In this time we live in, many do not care to know if the means at which riches are acquired are just or unjust.
Everyone wants to be rich, many young ladies are praying for rich husbands. Many young men are praying to blow (extremely rich). Only few are looking for just ways to acquire wealth.
Many unjust ways of getting riches has been turned to just ways by men.
That is why many can do anything to get rich.
The quest to get rich is one of the means the devil is using to drag many to hell.
We find out that these days many do not have time for themselves nor their family not to talk of having time for God.
Everyone is pursuing riches but few are going through the right means.
*How to know a just means of getting riches*
1) It does not require you to cheat.
2) It does not require you to lie.
3) It does not require you to kill.
4) It does not require you to claim what you are not.
5) It does not require you to commit any form of sin.
Note: Getting just riches requires patience, consistency and contentment.
That genuine business you are doing, if only you will be patient with it, the Lord will bless you from it.
Know this, if what you are doing is not God's will for you, you will not progress in it.
Have you wondered why someone for instants can be selling groundnuts and progress, another will sell the same groundnuts at the same location yet not progress.
In every business you want to go into ask the Lord His will for you in that business.
Do not close your heart to genuine business opportunities because you did not progress in the former.
*Being rich*
As far as you have a room to sleep in, cloth to cover your nakedness, food to eat and good health, you are rich.
Many mansions have been deserted immediately the owner died. The houses are now in the bush, many have too much money but they are struggling with sicknesses, no peace of mind because of the means of their wealth.
Be grateful for what you have now because many can not buy it.
In your richness the Lord can add riches to you and there will be no sorrow.
The blessing of the Lord brings [true] riches, And He adds no sorrow to it [for it comes as a blessing from God].Proverbs 10:22.
But the truth of the matter is, do not seek wealth but seek God and His righteousness. Do not allow yourself to be deceived by motivational preachers and teachers of this generation. Get it right by the move from the Holy Spirit through studying, dreams and revelation.
The Lord we serve works with pattern.
