Acts of the Apostles 5:20 “Go to the Temple and give the people this message of life.
Praise God. Brethren the only thing we need in this season is the message of life that transforms the heart.
What is that message of life?.
Before we look into what it means, let’s first see what happened before this statement or sentence was made to them (the disciples).
In Acts 5:17-18 The high priest and his officials, who were Sadducees, were filled with jealousy.
They arrested the apostles and put them in the public jail.
Imagine while you are going around doing the will of God, people are filled with jealousy and envy, instead of encouraging you, they will oppose you by all means, this is what happened to the Apostles.
Thank God for being God.
The jealous and evil doers jailed the Apostles, as they have persecuted you and I, because we diligently continued in our walk with Christ.
But we have hope to be free, as the angel of the Lord came at night, opened the gates of the jail, and brought them out. Then he told them. "Go to the Temple and give the people this message of life".
What is this message of life “The Good News" Jesus is the Messiah, died, resurrected and sitting at the righteous right hand of God as the Prince of Peace and Savior.
The question still stand, are you ready to preach and teach the message of life (Christ)? or do the will of God no matter the suffering, hatred and jealousy that comes with it.
Remember beloved To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. Revelation 3:21-22. Matthew 28:18-20.
