Ready And Willing

Matthew 16:22 But Peter took Him aside and began to reprimand Him for saying such things. “Heaven forbid, Lord,” he said. “This will never happen to you!

Praise God. Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him. “God forbid it, Lord!” he said. “That must never happen to you.

Peter was trying to be caring but have no clue on what the journey to the kingdom is like or what it’s means to obeying (doing) the will of the Heavenly Father.

Jesus was walking with heavenly timing and instructions, when the time came He was ready to return to Jerusalem, where His final journey on earth as a human being will start from and plainly He told them He will suffer many terrible things.

Peter rebuking Jesus was not bad, everyone on earth till date will not want any one they love to suffer, beloved let’s get this understanding together they’re some suffering or issues of life that are divine, all of us who are Christlike are on a mission in this world, when the time for you or me to face the hard side of our mission I pray we should be ready and willing not letting anyone distract us from it by showing us they love us, an army man  in war has no compassion the very minutes his foes are attacking.

Beloved keep your eyes straight and be focus don’t let men talk you out from your mission, act like Christ 👉🏻 Jesus turned around and said to Peter, “Get away from me, Satan! You are an obstacle in my way, because these thoughts of yours don't come from God, but from human nature.”
