Jonah 1:6 So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not.
Praise God. Often when we discuss or treat the story of Jonah, we do always talk about how he was afraid of the people of Nineveh which made him refuse to go and deliver God’s word to them (the people of nineveh).
How the Lord raised a wind that troubled the ship he boarded to escape from the Lord.
Apart from this knowledge we draw from this story, do you know that Jonah sleeping was a message to us?.
Many of us as messenger of Christ we are sleeping believing that angels will come and fix things up or make it manifest.
You might be wondering how we have been asleep?.
Just like Jonah we receive revelational vision that will help or deliver generations instead for us to work on it, according to God’s direction, we rather sleep on it. (Our Prayer life, Study life, Meditation life are sleeping).
