Romans 12:3 For by the grace [of God] given to me I say to everyone of you not to think more highly of himself [and of his importance and ability] than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has apportioned to each a degree of faith [and a purpose designed for service].
Praise God. We all want the best for ourselves which is good but should mind how we boast of ourselves.
Many of us highly think of ourselves and are very selfish.
We think we are more righteous than others, some of us because of the positions we find ourselves, we look down on others. We look for ways to command respect instead of making positive impacts.
We should be mindful so that we would not be uplifting ourselves instead of God.
