Psalms 4:4. Tremble [with anger or fear], and do not sin; Meditate in your heart upon your bed and be still [reflect on your sin and repent of your rebellion].
Praise God. Beware of taking actions when you angry. For actions taken when angry always lead to regrets. The Lord expects us:
To always have a deep thought before we take actions. If only you will think before you say words and take actions, you will be able to control anger.
To silently have sober reflection of your life each day and let go of your anger.
The scripture says in
Ephesians 4:26 And “don’t sin by letting anger control you.” Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry,
Do not cross over the next day with your anger, free your heart from the burden of sin so the your spirit will not be captured by the enemy.
