James 3:13. Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.
Praise God. In the world today we have a lot of people who claim to be wise.
People that lack insight take them to be wise, while they are not. The scripture has a different definition of wisdom, different from that of the world.
As a child of God Being wise is not being cunning, according to the scripture, if you are wise you must be humble, with good deeds in humility and not in pride.
James 3:14-15 says But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic.
That means there are two types of wisdom which are Godly and worldly wisdom.
Now we see that most of people who claim to be wise are only having worldly and demonic wisdom.
"But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness".
James 3:17-18.
Examine your life, what type of wisdom do you have? Remember anything that is not of God will not enter the kingdom of God.

1. Father please empower me with your wisdom and make me work in your wise part in Jesus Christ Name.
