Nehemiah 4:1-2 When Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, he became angry and was greatly incensed. He ridiculed the Jews, and in the presence of his associates and the army of Samaria, he said, “What are those feeble Jews doing? Will they restore their wall? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they finish in a day? Can they bring the stones back to life from those heaps of rubble—burned as they are?.
Praise God. There are a lot of walls that have been broken down in our lives. These walls needs to be secured and built back for our own good. The Lord has built a wall of protection around us but by our own hands through sin we have broken the wall and given the enemy a means to attack. When the people of Jerusalem wanted to rebuild their walls Sanballat was making mockery of them. The enemy is not happy when you are making amends with God.
We break our walls by sinning against God, by being equally yoked with unbelievers.
Beloved there are ways to rebuild back your broken walls.
1) Going back to God (Repenting).
2) Prayer.
3) Staying away from ungodly company.
4) Fasting.
5) Being Alert
When a person wants to amend his/her ways, people starts making mockery of him or her. It takes a person that wants to have a serious repentance (relationship with God) to stand still no matter the struggles.
Beloved don’t mind your mockers strive hard to rebuild your walls. No more time to waste.
G🌸🌸DM🌸RNING And Happy Weekend. Shalom.
