Ingredients.
1 cup of beans
Pepper
Ginger and garlic (optional)
1 Onion (medium size)
1 tablespoon of grounded crayfish
1 Seasoning cube
Vegetable oil
Procedure
Soak the beans with hot water and remove the chaff.
Blend together with the onion, pepper, ginger and garlic till puree.
Pour into a mortar or bowl add the seasoning cube and the grounded crayfish.
Mix properly
Scoop the beans puree with a spoon to give it the round shape and fry.
