Isaiah 29:13 “Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:”
It is easy to declare God’s goodness with our mouth, but our lifestyle does not do the same. We are in a time where Christians are much more concerned about the doctrines settled by men than the ones settled by God.
Know God for yourself. Let your heart be connected to Him, not just your mouth and your lips. Come closer to Him spiritually and physically.
Don't be like the hearers only. Be the doer. (James 1:22-25). Don't easily forget God's words and don't live a hypocrite life by talking and shouting i know Christ but in work, and attitude "lifestyle" you deny Him.
NOTE: Men may praise your deceptive lifestyle, but keep this in heart. Men will not judge you on the last day.
